Process
Once you have determined a tentative date for your event, we’ll make an appointment to meet with you at your home or office to discuss your vision and your particular needs. If a personal appointment is not possible, we will arrange for a teleconference. 1-2 hours.
When you decide to book us for your wedding or event, we will begin the design process based upon the notes from your initial consultation. When initial designs are complete, we’ll book your next appointment to review the design and planning schedule. The planning schedule will include all of your follow-up appointments and key milestones (i.e. deadlines for choosing vendors, sending invitations, etc.)
Upon approval of your design and schedule, we will begin the process of inspecting your venue(s) and interviewing vendors for your approval. As much as possible, we prefer to have you, our client, come along to visit prospective vendors. In the case of destination weddings, this is not always practical, and so we are happy to recommend trusted vendors to you.
At least two more meetings will be scheduled to refine and polish details and timelines.
Rehearsal will be scheduled for wedding events to help your party run through the ceremony. In the case of parties and corporate events, we will schedule a meeting on the day of your event for you to inspect the finished design and set-up.
Our staff will be at your wedding or event from preparation to break-down, available to you and your vendors, ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
